Our mission is to promote community service and to establish friendships among members of the community.  In past years, we raised money through our annual craft show at the Magothy River /Severn River Middle School complex.  This money was then given back to the community in the form of two generous college scholarships to local women, gifts to needy children and families at Christmas, and monetary gifts to local charitable organizations.

Our club was started in 1985.  It was originally called the Arnold Jaycee's Women's Club.  Later, we were called the Arnold Women's Club.  To better      reflect the geographical makeup of our membership, our name was changed to the Arnold/Broadneck Women's Club.  Meetings were originally held in member's homes, but are now held in the meeting room of the Broadneck Branch library on Green Holly Dr. off of College Parkway.  Occasionally, we meet at another        location, such as a member's home, for a meeting or special event.  We are     always looking for new members.  Membership is open to any woman living in the Broadneck area who would like to join.
