· Trolley Tour of Annapolis with Lunch after is planned for Friday, May 2^nd.
The actual arrangements can't be finalized until 2 weeks in advance due to schedules being finalized. By the next membership meeting, the details should be available for anyone interested.


     New Business

· Strawberry Festival will be held Sat., May 31^st 11:00 am - 7:00 pm.
There was discussion that it was very hot in '07 and shade would be needed.
Also it was said that no new members were actually obtained for this effort.
It was suggested that an activity or game be done to promote the name of the ABWC in the community. Angela will check on the booth setup location.

· May 20^th Membership Meeting will have the scholarship awards presentation.
Peg asked if a St. Mary's student could apply and Janet reiterated that the criterion for application is that the student reside on the Broadneck peninsula.

· Next Board Meeting will be held Tues., Apr. 8^th at 2:00 pm. The room is available until 3:50 pm.

· Next Membership meeting will be held Tues., April 22^nd, "Earth Day".
Snacks are by Janet, drinks by Evelyn, and paper goods compliments of Angela.
